A vintage 1970s statement hinged bangle or clamper bracelet.  Gold metal, the front features two fabulous turtles or tortoises with chipped faux agate or stone bodies.  So cool and retro.

The clamper hinges at the back so you can slip your wrist inside the opening at the front.
