Product Condition
The nature of vintage and retro items means they have been loved before and are not brand new. We believe this adds to each piece's character. We only offer items of superior quality and, at time of packaging and despatch, we carefully check to ensure that they remain in excellent condition. We endeavour to describe accurately, however actual colours and sizes may differ slightly in reality from the photographs. Please refer to measurements within the description for a size guide.
Gift wrap
We automatically gift wrap every item free of charge. Your vintage jewels will arrive wrapped in tissue inside a gift box, hand tied with co-ordinating ribbon.
Postage and packaging
United Kingdom standard postage £3.50. All items are sent via Royal Mail’s First Class Post with proof of post. This service does not offer insurance or a tracking facility. Should you require insurance and or tracking please select United Kingdom premium postage £7.50.
Europe postage £8.50. All items are sent using Royal Mail's International signed for service which provides a fast and secure service, up to £500 compensation, online tracking and requires a signature on receipt.
International postage £10.00. For international shipping, items will be sent using Royal Mail's International signed for service.
All items are wrapped securely and normal despatch times are 2-7 days from date of purchase. Please note, postage fees are non-refundable. Bejewelled always obtains proof of posting however cannot be held responsible for any packages without insurance that are lost in transit.
Wholesale vintage jewellery purchase
If you are interested in buying larger quantities of vintage jewellery, please contact us via email info@bejewelledvintage.co.uk For wholesale customers worldwide, we offer discounts on individual items (depending on order size), or wholesale ‘collections’ of vintage pieces. We can custom make collections to meet the needs of your business, or alternatively offer ready made wholesale collections available for viewing online and immediate purchase. Shipping on wholesale orders is charged at cost.
Loyalty points
We offer a loyalty point scheme, open to all customers with a registered account. You can sign into your account or register for an account on the right hand side of our home page. When you purchase any product, you are awarded loyalty points which provide a discount that can be redeemed against a future purchase. It is just like a cashback points system, so the points you earn are recorded on your account and you can use them to discount future purchases. For each £1 spent, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point. A loyalty point is worth 5p. So for example, purchase an item for £60, you earn 60 points which are worth a total of £3. You can use the value of points to pay for or reduce the cost of future purchases at any time. (NB no cash alternative available and returns will result in debit to points balance). Loyalty points are valid for 12 months
Payment / Secure Server
We currently accept payments by credit card and debit card. All credit and debit card payments are processed through Paypal. Please note you do not need your own Paypal account in order to make a payment by card.
All payments are in GBP Sterling only. Other Currency prices are shown as a guideline for information purposes.
Returns
i) Items can be returned for a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Before doing so, please contact us via email to obtain a returns number which should be clearly marked on outer packaging. ii) You can return goods via post or courier once you have obtained your returns number. iii) As you will be responsible for the goods until they are received we recommend you use a signed for service as goods that are lost or go missing in transit can not be exchanged. iv) please make sure you box and wrap securely for safe transit.
Privacy Policy
Bejewelled complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.
Disclaimer
All designer items that are 'signed' are authentic as far as we know. Should any items be proven to be copies, we will refund the price of the item (excluding postage) on receipt back to us in its original condition, along with proof of its origin. Any unoriginal item will only be refunded within 28 days of purchase. Be Jewelled will not be responsible for any liability or loss caused to the purchaser.
