A super retro piece, a 1960s crescent shaped thermoset necklace with a golden setting.  Measuring 16 inches long, it fastens with a fish hook and extender chain so can be worn shorter as a choker.  In a few places the golden finish has rubbed off, however is generally bright and shiny, ready to wear and enjoy.  Fabulous.
