Product Condition
The nature of vintage and retro items means they have been loved before and are not brand new. We believe this adds to each piece's character. We only offer items of superior quality and, at time of packaging and despatch, we carefully check to ensure that they remain in excellent condition. We endeavour to describe accurately, however actual colours and sizes may differ slightly in reality from the photographs. Please refer to measurements within the description for a size guide.

Gift Wrap Delivery~

We gift wrap every item free of charge, and despatch via insured special delivery. Normal delivery times are 2-7 days from date of purchase. Items will only be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Returns~

i) Items can be returned for exchange for a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Before doing so, please contact us via email to obtain a returns number which should be clearly marked on outer packaging. ii) You can return goods via post or courier once you have obtained your returns number. iii) As you will be responsible for the goods until they are received we recommend you use a signed for service as goods that are lost or go missing in transit can not be exchanged.

All designer items that are 'signed' are authentic as far as we know. Should any items be proven to be copies, we will refund the price of the item (excluding postage) on receipt back to us in its original condition, along with proof of its origin. Any unoriginal item will only be refunded within 28 days of purchase. Be Jewelled will not be responsible for any liability or loss caused to the purchaser.
